The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction advisory, with excellent leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing financial due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical and professional skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies and business plans.
  • Ensure that all advisory services comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in Deal Advisory services reports, valuation, business planning, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation Package:**

A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $93,000, and a hybrid working set-up, Mondays to Fridays.
