Your Role

  • You will work closely with the country manager and other key stakeholders to develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives growth in the Australian market.
  • As our primary media buyer and/or performance marketer, you will be responsible for reviewing, auditing, and planning the approach for various marketing channels to maximize return on investment.
  • You will design and implement processes to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action promptly.
  • You will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient plan execution and achieve desired results.
  • You will lead and upskill the Australia team in their marketing approaches to achieve outstanding results.
  • You will assume additional responsibilities necessary for business growth and success.

Your Qualifications

  • You should have 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on media buying/performance marketing.
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience managing teams with diverse seniorities.
  • You should be data-driven, with an analytical background and interest.
  • You should be knowledgeable about advertising and social media platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Nice to have: Experience working/studying/living in Australia for more than 3 years.
  • Nice to have: Experience handling a foreign market.
  • Nice to have: Successful experience in starting or growing a new initiative.
