Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a Candidate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective customer support via various communication channels
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Continuously improve customer satisfaction through process improvements and feedback

Requirements
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
* Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Working Conditions
* This is a full-time position
* The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines
* The position requires flexibility to work in a dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive basic pay of 14,500 - 18,500
