Head of Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Retail Operations to join our team at GAJA KITCHEN STORIES.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

• Manage store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify areas for improvement, and optimize store performance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably as a Store Supervisor.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing brand awareness.
