Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support our client in the promotional products industry.

This role involves handling core accounting responsibilities, including:

  • Enter all supplier invoices into accounting software and/or QuickBooks.
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial principles, strong analytical skills, professional communication skills, and adaptability. They must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

In addition to these key competencies, the successful candidate will also possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
