  1. Pool Maintenance:

    Cleaning and maintaining the pool area, including restrooms, changing areas, deck, and seating, is a critical aspect of this role. Regular cleaning of the pool area, including skimming debris from the water, emptying trash, and tidying up, is essential to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  2. Safety and Customer Service:

    In addition to pool maintenance, the Pool Attendant is responsible for enforcing pool rules and regulations, monitoring guest behavior, and responding to any issues, disputes, or unsafe situations. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting and welcoming pool users, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring all users have an enjoyable experience, is also a key responsibility.
