Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner. You will also be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
