Graphic Design Career

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and illustrations that align with brand guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.

Your primary goal will be to design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions. You will work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.

You will develop templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel. Adapt designs across multiple channels including Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo EDMs, paid ads, and social media platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments, with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
