Job Title: Operational Lead Manager

This position oversees the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within a Leads Department. The role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, task boards are consistently updated, and departmental performance runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, systems-driven, and confident managing a remote team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Department G Workflow Management:
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure completion of all assigned tasks
  2. Maintain and implement operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support
  3. Monitor and update project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines
  4. Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution
  • Team Leadership Oversight:
  1. Supervise and mentor Leads team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants
  2. Assign daily workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance
  3. Lead onboarding and training for new team members
  4. Conduct performance check-ins and submit evaluations as required
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
  1. Collaborate with Social Media, Content, and Chat teams to ensure timely task handoffs
  2. Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables
  3. Flag operational concerns or task delays to the COO or Leads Strategic Manager as appropriate
  • Administrative Oversight Reporting:
  1. Verify payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins
  2. Maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs
  3. Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates
  4. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices
Requirements

A successful candidate will have at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations. Experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting, is essential. The ideal candidate should also have experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and executive teams.

Key skills include:

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills
Working Conditions

Reliable internet and power backup are required. Ability to work during EST business hours is necessary.
