Job Title: Marketing Strategist

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, results-driven and enjoy working with technology.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a marketing strategist to support the development of our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans, developing and managing marketing calendars, coordinating events and speaking engagements, ensuring brand and ethical compliance, and conducting market research and competitive analysis.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create new digital and print marketing materials and repurpose existing content for blog posts, monthly newsletters, digital ads, flyers, books, videos, webinars, email campaigns and website updates.
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements, including scheduling, invitations, promotional materials and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure brand and ethical compliance by reviewing marketing materials for consistency and adherence to legal advertising guidelines and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for outreach and growth.

The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in the marketing industry and be proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform attorney-generated content into engaging marketing assets each month (8 social media posts per platform, 5 short videos, 2 digital ads, 1 flyer, 1 email campaign).
  • Refresh and repurpose 2 pieces of older content each month.
  • Schedule and coordinate 3 in-person events per quarter.
  • Schedule 10 networking opportunities per quarter for partners.
  • Create digital and physical invitations for all events 4 weeks in advance.
  • Achieve 75% attendance rate and track post-event conversions or referrals to measure effectiveness.
