We're seeking an International Distribution Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing orders, monitoring sales, and fulfilling inventory demands.

Responsibilities
  • Learn various complex processes and software systems to perform job duties efficiently.
  • Pull and process active and sold inventory reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Audit active and sold inventory for accurate delivery to customers and online portals.
  • Manage orders entered into the POS system to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and fulfill all incoming sales, including etickets, Mobile QRs, flash transfers, and mobile transfers.
  • Maintain accurate data entries in Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable documents.
  • Check and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Audit active inventory to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in data entry or data analysis is preferred.
  • Previous operations or logistics experience is also beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using software applications and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation are essential qualities.
  • Ability to learn new information quickly and retain knowledge effectively.
  • Proficient website navigation skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
