Job Title: Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled drafting specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The drafting specialist will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D models and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. They will work closely with project managers and team leaders to meet specific project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles and methodologies, as well as experience working with Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate 2D and 3D models and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Work closely with project managers and team leaders to meet specific project requirements.
  • Ensure all outputs comply with architectural and engineering standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional drafting experience.
  • Proven proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • Strong knowledge of BIM principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks is a big advantage.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
