We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to empower autism care providers.
Main Responsibilities:- Comprehensive Support: Provide thorough support for the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
- Privileging and Onboarding: Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
- Reporting and Process Improvement: Support the generation of credentialing reports, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to improving processes and workflows.
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience in a healthcare setting or regulated environment.
- Effective team player contributing to collective success, capable of managing tasks independently.
- A keen eye for detail, methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
- Strong attention to detail, systematic approach to identifying discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
- A proactive approach to improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
