Job Description
This role involves working closely with patients to understand their medical needs and deliver the necessary insurance coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Completing coverage by delivering policy documents and planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of patient needs.
  • Providing continuing service by assisting with direct deposit forms, processing changes in beneficiary and policy loan applications.
  • Delivering policy proceeds and reassessing client needs in cases of death benefits.
