Job Opportunity

  • Responsible for everyday data entry tasks and serving as a backup to Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with market teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll and billing, including follow-up on outstanding invoices.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and market teams, ensuring efficient and timely data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll and Billing
  • Process client requests and set up orders.
  • Handle normal payroll processing for non-specialized client requests.
  • Transact entries in external billing systems.
  • Prepare supporting documents for billing.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic Avionte order and assignment housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor and address level 1 work orders.
  • Research client, customer, and associate escalations.
  • Verify and confirm direct deposit setups.
Sales Operations
  • Provide sales administration support.
General Support
  • Assist in data efforts for special projects.
  • Monitor and respond to emails.
Human Resources
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic employee housekeeping tasks.
  • Research client, customer, and associate escalations.
  • Activate and verify employee records.
  • Monitor and address level 1 work orders.
  • Conduct internal audits and gaps analysis for contractual purposes.
Technology
  • Monitor and address level 1 work orders.
  • Order, monitor, and schedule timekeeping clock setups.
  • Monitor secondary systems and escalate abnormalities.
  • Manage shared mailboxes and route applicable items to the proper owner.
  • Review systems to ensure they match intended functionality.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic system housekeeping tasks.

Requirements:

  • University degree required.
  • English fluency essential – knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software, including MS Office/Google Suite, Quickbooks, and capable of quickly learning new software if necessary.
  • 2-4 years of experience ideal.
  • Access to sufficient computer equipment and internet access at the office and at home.
  • May be required to work beyond regular hours when necessary and may be subject to call-back during emergency conditions.
