Virtual Bookkeeping Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online expertise to support our accounting team during peak periods.

This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, providing an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their skills in multiple areas.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of bookkeeping experience and be proficient in using QuickBooks Online, as well as POS systems.

A strong understanding of project management principles and excellent organizational skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process data entry in QuickBooks Online
  • Handle daily sales entries using POS systems
  • Support the accounting team during peak periods
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure data accuracy and organization

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
