We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Creative to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content that captures the attention of our target audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit eye-catching product photos, videos, and 3D renders using industry-leading software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Blender.
  • Design and prepare print-ready files with precise layering for advanced effects like foiling, spot UV, metallic inks, and embossing.
  • Leverage your deep technical knowledge of packaging and labeling to ensure flawless execution for both digital and physical assets.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing teams, product developers, and print vendors to transform ideas into premium deliverables.
  • Maintain a consistent and elevated brand look and feel across all creative assets.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities with outstanding attention to detail and creative excellence.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Blender.
  • Strong experience producing high-quality print-ready packaging designs, including specialty effects.
  • Technical understanding of packaging materials, die lines, and labeling requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
