Junior Creative Designer Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Junior Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually appealing presentations, pitch decks, and visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop and execute visual presentations that communicate big ideas for brand activations, events, pop-up builds, and social media campaigns clearly and beautifully.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Create mock-ups and visualizations in Photoshop and 3D to bring spatial and event concepts to life.
  • Design and layout creative pitch decks and presentations in InDesign/Google Slides, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling flow.
  • Develop 3D renders and spatial layouts in SketchUp or any preferred 3D rendering platform (e.g., Blender, Rhino, Cinema 4D).
  • Support in building mood boards, reference decks, and concept visuals that express tone, style, and experience.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks — including signage, branded touchpoints, and digital assets.
  • Concept development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Skilled in SketchUp or another 3D rendering platform (open to your preferred tool as long as output is strong)
  • Comfortable working with creative presentations, pitch decks, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual composition.
  • Animation or motion design experience (After Effects, etc.) is a plus
