At Chronos Agency, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for the backend execution of marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute and optimize email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality, high-converting emails that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Develop optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Conduct quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategist to build client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance, driving business growth and revenue.
  6. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (a plus).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management skills to meet campaign deadlines.
