Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Backend Specialist with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing robust web applications that drive our CRM platform.

You will be responsible for leading efforts to improve and optimize the existing codebase and infrastructure, as well as contributing to the architectural design of the CRM system to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end components of our SaaS CRM platform using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
  • Contribute to the development of RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between different modules and external services.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the CRM platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on SaaS and CRM applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Express, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
