Cloud Assessment Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Assessment Consultant to join our team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality assessment services. Your goal will be to help organizations define their strategic roadmaps and achieve their business objectives.

The Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers across various industries and segments, empowering them to extend their capabilities and drive transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Presales and Scoping: Understanding customer business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Cloud Assessment.
  • Discovery: Determining the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customers and stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters.
  • Assessment discovery platforms – practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage the stated platforms (two or more).
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals.
Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Solution Assessment team and a Microsoft and/or Partner role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple, complex projects concurrently.
  • A team player with a learning mindset. Ability to learn fast and deliver the assignments.
