Go Software Engineer Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to work on a new open-source developer experience tool. We are looking for a skilled individual to design the user experience and write high-quality code to create new features.

About the Role:
  • We require you to think carefully through implementation strategy from the perspective of performance, quality, and security.
  • You will need to collaborate with teams both inside and outside of Canonical to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • You have professional software development experience using Go, Python, C, or C++.
  • You know Linux system-level fundamentals, for example, cgroups and namespaces.
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Experience with LXC/LXD would be beneficial.
  • A background in AI/ML and/or CUDA/OpenVINO would also be advantageous.
