
Insurance Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented insurance professional to assume key responsibilities in commercial property and casualty insurance processing and personal lines property and casualty insurance processing. The ideal candidate will possess experience in policy processing, compliance review, documentation management, data entry, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Processing: Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and cancellations, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Compliance Review: Verify policy applications for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy records, ensure all policy documentation is properly scanned, filed, and stored, and generate and distribute policy documents to clients and relevant parties.
- Data Entry and Verification: Enter policy information into the insurance management system accurately and efficiently, verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed, and update and maintain client and policy information in the database.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries related to policy status, coverage details, and billing, provide support to the customer service team by supplying necessary policy information, and communicate with clients, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with commercial property and casualty insurance processing or personal lines property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
