We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Shift Finance Associate to join our team. As a Night Shift Finance Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manual Interest Pilots for North America:
  • Review contracts to identify if we can charge interests.
  • Select accounts and evaluate them.
  • Track status and issue notifications.
  • Issue statistical documents for 3 months and determine the best time to do so.
  • Cancellation of documents.
  • If a customer pays interest, account for the paid interests.
Analysis for Other Global Regions:
  • Analyze whether it will be beneficial for other global regions.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  3. Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for cost reduction and improve financial performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
