Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team, where you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts;
  • Support near- and long-term profit and loss forecasting;
  • Analyze and identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures;
  • Prepare and process monthly budgets to actual review reports for cost center managers;
  • Conduct variance analysis and assist in preparing management reports related to monthly variance reports;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent;
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software;
  • Knowledgeable of US and PH accounting principles and standards;
  • Previous working experience as an offshore staff is highly advantageous;
