The Role

We seek an AI Photo Retoucher to join our team. In this role, you will perfect and enhance images using AI tools and traditional photo editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Image Enhancement: Use AI-powered tools to retouch, enhance, and manipulate product and lifestyle imagery
  • Color Correction & Consistency: Ensure accurate color matching, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines
  • AI Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine AI retouching workflows to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality
  • Complex Edits: Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques
  • Collaboration: Partner with photographers, stylists, and designers to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic
  • Quality Control: Review final outputs for accuracy, realism, and brand alignment before delivery
  • Asset Management: Organize, name, and store edited files according to established naming conventions and digital asset management protocols
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency settings
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
    • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins
    • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems
  • Creative Skills:
    • Keen eye for color, composition, and detail
    • Ability to achieve natural and realistic retouching results
    • Understanding of brand visual identity and how to maintain it
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
    • Organized and detail-oriented
