Operations Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will direct the overall service-related activities for the customer service function, supporting the company's customer experience and operations strategies.

  • Lead and motivate a large team with diverse skills and responsibilities to deliver excellent customer service through significant change.
  • Direct workforce management execution to optimize operational efficiencies while maintaining the customer experience.
  • Anticipate customer needs and develop solutions to meet them.
  • Develop business plans to achieve objectives and manage external and internal service compliance.
