Amazon Virtual Assistant Role

This is a full-time position that requires expertise in Amazon FBA and Seller Central account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end Amazon account management, including product listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.

The role involves managing shipments from creation to successful delivery, conducting daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance, and responding to customer inquiries with clear communication.

Additionally, the virtual assistant will handle refunds, replacements, and negative feedback resolution, analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level, and recommend solutions.

Key responsibilities include monitoring account health and performance metrics, resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales, and providing general account health and maintenance support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions and data analysis)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven
