Job Title: Offline IT Teacher

Job Summary:

Kredo Japan is seeking a highly skilled IT Teacher to lead Japanese interns in acquiring IT-related skills and knowledge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding interns in creating projects, managing tasks, and assisting with code-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Japanese interns in creating projects by sharing industry experience and code standards.

• Act as a project manager for a group of interns, managing tasks and assisting with code-related issues.

• Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and appreciate interns' learning differences.

• Assist interns in setting up their local environments and review code before merging it into the master branch.

• Conduct daily standup meetings to gather updates from interns.

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Information Technology or any related course.

• Proficient in the following programming languages: HTML & CSS, Bootstrap, PHP (Procedural), PHP (OOP), any PHP framework, and Git.

• Minimum of one year of work experience using PHP programming language.

• Professional experience with Laravel is preferred.
