Learning Experience Developer

This role plays a crucial part in delivering quality learning experiences for our global customers. As a key member of our Instructional Design team, you will be responsible for managing content bundles, working closely with our teams to meet customer deliverables.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Project Management- End-to-end management of content bundles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Conduct client calls to demonstrate platform features, lessons, and designs, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Meet with customers to receive live briefs for their training materials, collaborating with the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional results.
- As a valued member of our Customer Success team, you will work across multiple shifts (APAC, EMEA, AMER) and may be required to rotate shifts from time to time.
- Using our authoring tool, create engaging training courses and micro-lessons for our customers, based on input from our Sales and Success teams.
- Review materials and documents to structure and produce courses, sourcing relevant information and assets as needed.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGERS/EXECUTIVES LOCATED ACROSS SYDNEY, NEW YORK, LONDON, AND MANILA.
- CONTRIBUTE TO THE MANILA OFFICE CULTURE BY SHARING YOUR IDEAS AND EXPERTISE.
