Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Support Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake of member requests, working with hospitals, clinics, and facilities to manage services, and providing appropriate triage and care coordination notification cases.

  • Manage Intake: Receive and process member requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Service Management: Work with hospitals, clinics, and facilities to manage services and ensure seamless delivery to our members.
  • Triage and Coordination: Provide appropriate triage and care coordination notification cases to ensure optimal outcomes for our members.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare Industry Experience: Previous experience working in healthcare settings, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • Call Center Experience: Prior experience working in call center environments with high volume customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Systems: Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT codes, as well as experience working with Medicare and Medicaid services.
