We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team at Poutrix. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new build casino/hotel projects in Metro Manila, ensuring compliance with API, DM Department, and ARCADIS policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in managing new build building construction and knowledge of Project Management with demonstrated experience in managing sites, site coordination, and client presentation.

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and lead Assistant Project Managers as required. You will be responsible for establishing partnerships with the Clients' team, attending and leading weekly project meetings, and ensuring all parties work together as a team to provide a finished project within a time frame acceptable to the Client.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to report project updates and progress, as well as risks and issues during meetings.

  • Key Accountabilities:
