Enrollment Advisor

Location: Ortigas, Pasig (near SM Megamall)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Contract Duration: 4 months

Schedule: 3AM - 12PM

Salary Offer: Php25,000 package + Php15,000 completion bonus

Target Start Date: July 15, 2024

• Make targeted outbound calls to student applicants to maximize student confirmations and enrolments.
• Provide excellent customer service through different communication platforms.
• Maintain and provide information on all aspects of the application and enrolment process to student applicants.
• Respond to enquiries and assist students primarily via telephone, email, and chat.
• Adhere to pre-agreed service level commitments.
• Maintain data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded.
• Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.

• With at least 1 year of experience in the BPO Industry.
• Knowledge on data privacy and GDPR is a plus but not a requirement.

Customer service oriented, strong organizational ability in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure. Reliable, self-motivated, flexible. Strong attention to details. Proficient in working with MS word, Excel, and Power point. Willing to work on a fixed term of 4 months. Amenable to work on site in Ortigas, Pasig (near SM Megamall).
