Job Description

At Rotaflex Construction and Development Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Geodetic Engineer to join our team as a Survey Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing demographics of construction projects prior to and during the start of construction by conducting surveys using various surveying tools and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update project schedules based on survey results and outcomes.
2. Develop methods to address problems that may cause delays in construction projects.
3. Review proposals and plans to develop project objectives and collaborate with the Project Manager and Project In-Charge for approval.
4. Prepare technical plans and details, including sketches, maps, and descriptions of land surveys needed before constructing housing units.
5. Record results of surveys, including shape, location, contour, elevation, and dimension of land or land features.
6. Ensure accuracy and correctness of survey measurements and estimations to avoid inconsistencies in housing unit construction.
7. Delegate tasks to subordinates based on their skill sets and experience to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Coordinate data findings and results with Project Engineers – Housing and Land Development.
9. Communicate with Project Managers and In-Charges to provide assistance and technical support.
10. Attend daily safety toolbox meetings to update projects handled and other related safety concerns.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have:

* A degree in Geodetic Engineering;
* Knowledge of various surveying methods;
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, AutoCad, Global Positioning System (GPS), and other engineering-related software;
* Preference for having a PRC License;
* At least 2 years of experience in the same field, preferably in vertical projects.
