Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage Six Sigma projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the global culture within the organization.
  2. Analyze the impact of global interventions and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and countries to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  4. Monitor and report on the progress of Six Sigma projects and analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and identify trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (required).
  2. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  8. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
