As a Senior HR Specialist at Partners Group, you will be responsible for independently managing complex region/jurisdiction-specific HR responsibilities and processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills while maintaining a global view for suggesting improvements and preventing errors.

You will have limited supervisory responsibilities and train new team members. You will possess end-to-end HR value stream knowledge with the ability to independently manage the day-to-day operations locally and regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in developing and executing staff procedures and policies
  • Provides guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Uses data to make proposals for improvements and drive decision-making
  • Leverages technology and/or automation to drive productivity and efficiencies
  • Manages complex employee relation cases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in HR Operations and/or as a Generalist; or a related field for at least 5 years with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR or a related field
  • Proven track record of highly organized and structured work approach
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and tasks with a regional or global view
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effectively supporting and advising employees and businesses on HR matters
