We are seeking a skilled security professional to join our team as a MSS Security Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and troubleshoot common network problems using strong TCP/IP networking skills.
  • Configure, manage, and upgrade Firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems, Internal Vulnerability Scanners, and Intrusion Protection Systems platforms.
  • Analyze and respond to security events from various data sources.
  • Interface with customers in a polite, positive, and professional manner.
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of managed services.
  • Respond promptly to support tickets within documented SLA.
  • Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate knowledge in network security concepts, TCP/IP networking, Cisco network security products, Fortinet security products, Palo Alto security products, and Juniper/NetScreen security products.
  • 1 or more years of experience in information security or networking.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-managed and team-oriented.
  • Deadline and detail oriented.
  • Highly motivated.
