Project Coordinator for Construction Operations

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage multiple construction projects.

  • Frequent communication with architects, drafters, and expediters is required to ensure project milestones are met.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project filings, permits, and approval processes.
  • Maintaining accurate project timelines and ensuring documentation is up-to-date is crucial for the success of this role.
  • This position involves serving as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to anticipating potential project delays and addressing them effectively is essential.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Construction Secretary or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology is necessary.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and follow-up skills are preferred.
  • The ability to multitask and manage timelines independently is critical for success.
