Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Coordinator to join our team at AP CARTON BOX, INC. This role involves providing health assistance to employees and working closely with the Company Physician to ensure the well-being of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Health Assistance Provide medicines to employees based on their complaints/symptoms.
  2. Consultation Support Assist the Company Physician during consultation and prepare necessary equipment during treatment.
  3. Record Keeping Keeps record of all Company-related Illnesses and injuries.
  4. Medical Review Check Pre-Employment Medical Results and Refer to the Company Physician if necessary.
  5. Health Monitoring Monitor APE results and assist Company physicians in discussing the results with employees.
  6. Health and Safety Coordination Coordinate with Health & Safety Team regarding health and safety concerns.
  7. Accident Reporting Report all accidents and injuries to Safety Officer.
  8. Inventory Management Inventory of Medicine & Supplies Issuance Monitoring.
  9. Health Program Development Develop and implement health and safety programs.
  10. Employee Health Improvement Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
  11. Scheduling Schedule employees' Annual Physical Examinations and coordinate with affiliated hospitals/clinics.
  12. Sick Leave Monitoring Monitor Sick leave and call out employees with long absences due to illness/injury.
