We are looking for a Commercial Growth Specialist who can drive our huge commercial transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating, selling, and distributing our portfolio of products to achieve business objectives.

You will execute targeted commercial activities to drive and achieve Commercial KPIs such as volume, distribution, and collection targets. This will require you to understand retail and LAS profiles to have a holistic view of the customer journey, recommend, and implement demand generation initiatives that are fit for the business.

The ideal candidate will provide quality customer service and develop effective relationships at retail to position PMFTC as a preferred business partner and maintain competitive advantage. They will also coordinate with their Business Building partners to identify critical areas for promoter deployment and help improve awareness and trial of our brands.

You will educate consumers on selecting the right PMFTC products, emphasizing product benefits, and correct usage. This will help build brand loyalty through sampling, as needed, and in accordance with PMI Marketing Guidelines.

The job requires checking and monitoring daily cash collection and AR of POS to ensure adherence to credit policies, prevent fraud, bad debts, and over-aging.

A strong values, integrity, and ethics background is required, along with a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High School graduate (College graduate preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge in negotiation and consultative selling
  • Field sales exposure is an advantage
  • Relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
  • Comfortable to ride a panel truck / L300 (closed van)
