As a critical member of our day-to-day and month-end close processes, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and operational procedures. You will be part of a broader Accounting team that values detail-oriented individuals who can work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions. You will have regular interactions with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product.

This role will report to the Credit and Collections Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of customer accounts, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will also be involved in process improvements, identifying areas where we can streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. This will involve collaborating with other teams to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.
