Pharmacy Benefits Team Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our pharmacy benefits team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy benefits management, leadership, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of pharmacy benefits professionals to provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their pharmacy benefit needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy benefit programs, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
- Provide expert advice on pharmacy benefit management, including plan design, cost containment strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and coordinate complex pharmacy benefit projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits management.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage service delivery teams.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Project management experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PPT, OneNote).
- Stakeholder management skills.
Working Arrangements:
This position will be working with a global advisory, broking, and solutions company. The working setup is hybrid, with Mondays to Fridays as the standard working days.
Salary Range:
The offered salary range is $60,000 to $105,000 per year.
Experience:
5 years of experience in a related field.
