Job Title: Cash Collection Specialist

This role involves working in a fast-paced global team to efficiently collect cash from customers. The position requires proactive communication with customers to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume multi-currency ledger, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to the company's collections policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include querying handling and investigation, liaising with other departments to ensure swift resolutions of queries and efficient OTC flow, cash allocation, and assisting with identification of payments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven track record of successful cash collecting in a busy global AR team, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on exposure to accounting systems.

Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are essential for this role.

Additional qualifications include self-starter and proactive thinking, organizational and planning skills, and ability to prioritize and manage workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
