Barista Specialist

At Zaine Cosmetics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all beverages and food items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, establishing a positive first impression of our brand.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, utilizing your expertise to provide tailored recommendations and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and colleagues alike.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, promptly requesting replenishments as necessary to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
