Revenue Assurance Specialist

 

As a Revenue Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity of our business operations. This includes reviewing contracts for proper revenue recognition requirements, setting up reporting tools to build invoice templates, and preparing journal entries and complex schedules for month-end close process.

 

This role offers exposure to all financial areas of the organization and provides an opportunity to develop professional skills such as advanced Excel experience, strong analytical abilities, and very strong English written and oral communication skills.

 

You will work closely with various departments including finance, accounting, and operations to ensure compliance with financial processes. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can interpret complex contracts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses a BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years relevant experience in accounting, complex billing, collections, and/or financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Contracts: Ensure revenue recognition requirements are properly applied
  • Set Up Reporting Tools: Build invoice templates using established guidelines
  • Prepare Journal Entries: Accurately record financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct Revenue Review: Analyze account portfolios and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with Operations/Client Executive regarding revenue recognition requirements

 

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in accounting, complex billing, collections, and/or financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Ability to interpret complex contracts
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Very strong English written and oral communication skills
