Job Title: WordPress Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled Web Programmer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, remote position that requires proficiency in WordPress development, PHP back-end development, and version control systems.

  • Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites using best practices.
  • Develop custom themes and plugins that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to realize website concepts.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
  • Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot content issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and WordPress.
  • Perform website maintenance and updates as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Web Programmer (at least 1 year).
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development, including MVC frameworks.
  • Experience with theme and plugin development using HTML5/CSS3 and Javascript.
  • Knowledge of database management and query optimization techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
