We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting debtors, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.

• Contacting debtors via phone or email to discuss payment arrangements
• Negotiating payment plans and schedules with debtors
• Maintaining accurate records of collections and communication with debtors
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues related to debt collection

To be successful as a Debt Recovery Specialist, you should have:

• A graduate degree from a recognized institution
• A valid driver's license with Restriction #1
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic computation using a calculator
