Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting qualified travel nurse professionals. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring we hire the best candidates for various roles while building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities
  • SOURCE AND QUALIFY CANDIDATES using various recruiting channels.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS with candidates and clients.
  • Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate information.
  • Conduct thorough phone interviews with qualified travel nurse professionals.
  • Develop strategies to expand the talent pool and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-6 months of recruiting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated by achieving results and meeting performance goals.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry requirements and travel nursing specifics is a plus.
