Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design and develop complex features, write clean and maintainable code, and lead technical discussions and code reviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React, Next.js, Python, and Django. You will work on our Backend API in Django and Frontend React application, implementing cutting-edge features that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Lead/participate in technical discussions and code reviews
  • Participate in architectural decisions
  • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Take ownership of critical technical components
  • Identify and resolve complex system issues
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Balance technical debt with feature delivery
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong Experience with React and Next.js
  • Strong Experience with Python / Django
  • Experience with unit testing and continuous integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working on applications that communicate with an API
  • Experience within an Agile software development team (SCRUM)
