At CEBU GENERAL SERVICES INC.-NCR, we are seeking a skilled Operational Process Specialist to join our production team.

Job Summary:

The Operational Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment. This role involves monitoring production lines, maintaining quality standards, and performing routine maintenance to optimize efficiency and output.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

The successful candidate will operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. They will also monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Quality Control:

This role requires inspecting products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. The candidate will perform regular checks and adjustments to machinery to maintain product quality.

Maintenance:

The Operational Process Specialist will conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts. They will report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

Production Monitoring:

This role involves monitoring production processes and making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and output. The candidate will record production data and report any deviations from standard procedures.

Safety Compliance:

The Operational Process Specialist must adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. They will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines.

Documentation:

This role requires maintaining accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered. The candidate will complete necessary paperwork and reports as required.

Team Collaboration:

The Operational Process Specialist will work closely with other production team members and supervisors to coordinate activities and address any production-related issues. They will participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Problem Solving:

This role requires identifying and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the production process. The candidate will implement corrective actions and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Experience operating machinery and equipment is an asset.

  • Basic math skills and ability to read technical documents and blueprints
  • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Working Conditions:

This role may involve working in a production environment with exposure to noise, heat, and other environmental factors. The candidate must adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards. Shifts may vary, including the possibility of working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
